You fund a card with ETH, on Robinhood Chain by default or on Ethereum mainnet. Each order gives you a unique deposit address and an exact amount to send. Once the network confirms your transfer, the card is issued automatically and the details are emailed to you. Holding a different asset? Every KernPay card runs on the Visa network with its global fraud protection. Funding is non-custodial at the point of payment: you send the exact amount to a fresh, single-use deposit address generated for your order. If a transaction fails, the funds return to your card balance, usually within 1-3 business days depending on the merchant's processor. For merchant refunds, the standard Visa refund process applies: the merchant initiates it and the amount is credited back to your card balance, typically within 5-10 business days.
